One thing is to commit an error - we all do that! However, It takes leadership, customer experience to be able to rectify or even let alone admit it! Today Omar was stellar, he did exactly that! when the order came out smaller than usual and a little over cooked he went above and beyond by providing a whole new box - freshly made too/unheard of! Moreover, to deliver a stellar service even though it was not required off of him, he gave an extra box of popcorn chicken and fries 🍟 Hats off to a great customer service experience This made my friend and brother happy 💯 a recognition well worth mentioning for Omar!
