Wingstop

I went to Wingstop to pick up food for a group of friends hanging out with me at home. I went to the one on the expressway just west of Shary road in Mission. I ordered 50 pieces of wings, fries, and cheese sauce. The order came with celery and carrot sticks, ranch, and ketchup. We ordered, Mango Habanero, really good, BBQ, Original buffalo, Lemon Pepper, and Teriyaki. All flavors were on point. I liked that the cheese sauce was not at all thick but creamy, perfect for dipping the fries. I recommend Wingstop and would definitely go back for more

Ordered an 8 piece boneless meal online with 2 ranch cups. They forgot to put the ranch in my bag and when I came back the manager declined to speak to me and insisted that she put the sauce cups in. I had to argue my point and then it turns out they weren’t even looking at the right order/receipt. After finding out they were looking at the wrong ticket she still refused to give me what I had already payed for. Then she sent some young guy up to pretend he is the manger because she didn’t want to fix the order that she messed up on personally. Finally got my 2 sauces after 10 minutes of back and forth and giving me attitude over an item that was rightfully mine and that I had payed for in advance with the online app.

Literally waited so long that I wasn’t even hungry afterwards. Asked for my food 3 times and they kept saying “5 more min, they’re already bagging it up.” By the four I got frustrated and tried to ask for a refund cuz my food wasn’t ready after more than an hour waiting and suddenly, out of thin air and magic the manager goes, “here is your order”. Idk if they were just bored and wanted to mess with me but I didn’t feel valued as a customer. No other wingstop has ever done this to me.
