Mcdonald's

PHONE NUMBER DOESNT WORK , they don’t care . Every single thing I have gotten from this location always comes out WRONG, I always order plain and dry chicken sandwiches for my kids and they ALWAYS have mayonnaise. I hesitated on checking all my order when I got it because there was 20 cars behind me . When I got home it all had Mayo , my kids basically disowned me and refused to eat it . I keep WASTING my money since children refuse to eat what they ordered . Can’t even get a new order cause they don’t answer now I gotta waste gas to go back

I have not gotten into a McDonald's ever since the pandemic started. Coming back to my closest McDonald's and dine-in with my family was a good experience. Not only the cashier had our order correct from all the confusion, he was more patient and caring for our misunderstanding and mistakes from removing and adding more in the order. I was expecting for our order to take long because of the line outside, we intend got it more sooner than I expected. It was also the same cashier that was called 'John'. As my family is enjoying their meals, the atmosphere felt new and clean. We walked out satisfied and enjoyable. Will come again

My cousins might've gotten too exited for them to order what was on the menu, but the cashier 'John' knew what all of them were saying and got the order right (which I was surprised). Not only that, the place has been renovated and feels brand new (as every restaurant should be). In the end, we all left satisfied and my cousins went asleep in the car from a long trip.

I have stopped by three times in the last month with my grandkids. All three times I was told the ice cream machine was broken. You just remodeled. good job but what about the ice cream machine. By the way each visit i had to drive miles to dairy queen. You know . That other place. It's pretty good and my rascals love it.maybe it's the hap hap happy place.

The WORST customer service ever!!! The lady night manager even asked sarcasticly if I wanted my money back! With a I don't care attitude for the customer. The food took more than 25 minutes!!! All the employees were just standing there waiting for the cook to prepare the orders. No structure and horrible presentation!!! The area manager really needs to find out why he keeps getting bad reviews !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this McDonald's at all!!!

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place needs some serious help. Order was messed up badly. Gave it another try a few days later and my breakfast sandwich was burned pretty bad. I would had no problem waiting a little longer if they would have said something, but I didn't notice it till I pulled away and unwrapped it. There's something to be said for customer service and satisfaction these days.
