Happy that this restaurant is here at the hospital as the hospital cafeteria has been under construction and food options are limited. However, since this is at a hospital, many sick and elderly people come here to eat. There is a member of the staff that YELLS VERY LOUDLY the names of orders that are ready for rapid pick-up, and it's very disruptive to the atmosphere. On days when this staff member isn't working, it is a much more enjoyable place to eat as someone isn't yelling throughout my whole meal. There is a screen that has the list of names and orders that are in progress or ready, and it's updated instantaneously - meaning the person yelling is not necessary. Otherwise the rest of the staff are very nice and pleasant, and my food always tastes great.

I come here weekly and have noticed a real decline in customer experience. I assume what I've noticed is related to staffing issues like we're seeing everywhere. My orders have still been efficient and high quality, but without fail at least one of the following are empty at all times: iced coffee/tea, cup tops, creamer/milk. This location is inside a hospital, so many doctors and nurses race in specifically for drink club refills and are visibly frustrated when met with empty items and no time to ask/wait for refills. Trash bins are consistently OVERFLOWING, eventually piling up trash on cabinets. I previously said I love the kiosk checkout, but today they had paper taped over them (with no note) to discourage people from using. Several customers lifted paper and submitted anyway. I ordered online, but as I walked past the register the employee told a customer they're only accepting orders for bakery... Bizarre

Love this Abbott Northwestern Hospital location. Much better option than the previous McDonald's. Spent two days in hospital visiting my daughter and was able to have a lovely breakfast and lunch both days. Customer Service is exceptional, with a lovely young lady who sorts out lunch orders and makes each customer feel special. Certainly was the bright spot in my two-day sit-in at the hospital.
