Pizza Hut

I tried to order a pizza to be delivered 6 blocks away, and they told me it would be an hour and 15 minutes. Then after that time came and went I called only to find out the pizza was in the drivers car and it would be yet another 45 more minutes. I don't think so!!! Had to argue with the person on the phone to cancel it and credit my card back. Now that will take 2 days! Unacceptable! Horrible service.

Order somewhere else!!! Horrible service!!! Ordered pizza and was quoted 6:25 delivery, i called to check in at 7:00 and was put on hold for "20 more minutes" and no one returned to the phone and still no pizza?? I wish i had not prepaid on my credit card, i would have cancelled. I understand things happen and you get busy, but at least let your customers know whats going on. I ended up making sandwiches for the family because they were starving. They called me back at 7:40 and said call center made an error and they will cancel my order and refund me. Never got any pizza, never got any apology

My experience with this particular Pizza Hut is limited only to online ordering and carry-out. That being said, I've never had an issue with an order, the time it's prepared or the quality of the food. Its been the same, good pizza every time I order. I order from this location on a bi-weekly basis and all of the staff that I've met in the kitchen have been prompt and courteous.

Horrible service! Their "customer service center" really does them a huge disservice because when our order was messed up and later fixed to only get the original pizzas which were nice and cold by then, we we sent 3 coupons to make up for the pizzas that were cold/old. This was for a party and it took 90 mins to get it delivered!! Oh and when we went to use the coupons, the "manager" on the customer service line said we could only get regular crust pizza with 1 topping when the originals were each 3 toppings and stuffed crust. Not to mention, she actually got rude about it!!! I was shocked how blatantly rude she was!! Want pizza?? Call Papa Johns!! Deal with the local store and NOT a damn "call center"!!!!

Horrible experience with this store location multiple times!! First of all We placed an order and it was supposed to be delivered an hour later. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes we called the phone number in the confirmation email. The number goes to a fricking call center who said they would send the store notice right away to contact us. No phone call - meanwhile our order was delivered 1 hour 25 minutes later. While getting the order out of the bag, the delivery guy dropped our wings and they opened on our front step. He apologized and told us to call his manager and explain what happened. He left and my wife had to clean up the wings and wash our front steps from the wing sauce. No phone call so my wife went to the store to complain. They weren't going to credit us and just offered to make new wings. Never again are we doing delivery or going to this location. Horrible service all the way around!!! Going to try and let corporate know too. Don't waste your time going here!!!

Completety disgusting food & service. My family waited over two hours(told half hour) for a pizza that when it arrived it was so cold and had been sitting someplace so long that it had started to look dried up and nasty. I threw the pizza and the garlic knots directly in the trash. Not safe for my family to eat.
