Stopped there for a late afternoon lunch. Three young boys were working. They were all extremely polite. Food was served quickly and fresh. The place was very clean. They thanked us for coming and said they appreciated it. Wonderful experience especially with the current staffing situation in the service industry.

This order, the food was flavorful & freshly hot, service was quick, professional and pleasant through the drive thru. Last order, week before, service inside was quick and easy. Wait took about 5 minutes. Food was incorrect. Ordered a Jalapeño RB slider but only received a regular slider. :( Curly fries were piping hot & crispy! Jalapeño RB Slider was oozy, spicy and freshly hot!

For a fast food restaurant I have only a few criteria: was it fast? Was it accurate? Was the cashier pleasant? The order was accurate and the cashier was pleasant. I had an order for two people, one of the items included chicken tenders. This item at this location usually takes a few minutes longer to make which I normally don't mind. The order seemed to take a little longer than expected but it could be due to another item I ordered Taking longer to make than usual. So overall, I liked it.

Usually my order is handled there are always a couple regular ladies who handle everything. I dont sweat things being forgotten they always fix and handle things no games. This place anytime I come here I have the least amount of problems compared to other places around the location. My problem was the false advertisement of the spicy PRIME RIB cheesesteak that came out looking like a Dairy Queen chilli cheese hot dog missing the dog itself. If this is suppose to be the way they come out please remove this scam. The 2 for $6 deal would of saved me the trouble or even 4 sliders. I'm 6'2, 190lbs trust me I feel ripped off I made this decision. Its fast food i understand my bar cannot be high but there are plenty of other items less the cost that actually FILL a bun and look like the picture atleast. Maybe be the timing and different staff. But this truly to me is a reason I'd just drop money on a whopper when I'm getting off a 10 hour shift and just need something. Cant blame yall but definitely feel scammed.
