Sandcastle

So they have decent food, but for some reason they don't open until 3pm on a Saturday. It would be fine if they were a restaurant but they're closer a beach food truck and when do people go to the beach and to a park? Not 7pm on a Saturday. They only serve grab and go which are packaged snacks and beers for lunch. And the beach was packed! The number of disappointed people when they got up to the line...I mean, their loss. I really don't understand why they don't swap the hours to serve food between 11-3 instead of 3-7 but I guess it's their own lost business.

This picture sums up all my frustration with this place. They open the kitchen at 3 and by 4 most of the things were sold out and the ice real machine was broken. I wish they would close so someone else can come in who understands holiday weekends, staffing, or how to order enough food for more then 1 hr of being open.

Originally thought this was a restaurant from what I saw on Google. Unfortunately it is a walk up beach shack. They ran out of half of their food before noon and didn't advertise what they actually had. The wait in line was about a half an hour and then another half an hour to 'cook the food.' I desperately wanted a cheeseburger but they don't serve those so I ordered chicken tenders and they were like frozen kids tenders from the 60s. I would not eat here again. The only good thing about this place was the view of the lake.
