Dairy Queen

Seriously the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. The front girl was very sweet but the rest of the employees were obviously unhappy. My burger came out literally soaked in oil and soggy and extremely hot. The burger smelled like chemicals and was disgusting. They have no onion rings or plastic forks. They don’t even have the deals available that they are supposed to. Very disappointed that I paid $8 for something literally inedible. This isn’t a staffing issue either. There were plenty of employees they just all seem unhappy and don’t care what they give to people. On top of it all…I think I also got food poisoning. Instant stomach pains and not feeling well at all. Would not recommend…

What is going on with our small town? The quality of food is declining and the kids working seem to be unhappy about everything. As if me ordering is a nuisance. All 4 of our burgers were soggy and tasted off, employees were lacking everything as far as courteous goes. Slowly but surely we are disliking the local fast food joints here. Not the 1st time for this store either.

Just ordered 4 burgers, an order of fries, a shake and a mini blizzard. The wait was long but I didn’t mind because I thought they were making good burgers. I was so wrong. They handed me my order and it was super hot which was fine but then when we got home and opened our food we noticed the burgers messy, yuck looking and the meat looked like rubber. The blizzard wasn’t even what I ordered. It was suppose to be a strawberry cheese quake and I think I got some type of chocolate/vanilla with something crunchy in it. But that was all hidden underneath. Spent $31.74 for some nasty food. Won’t ever go there again.

If it wasn't for the girl at the drive up window, I would of left and not ever come back!!! As we were going through the drive through we ordered 3 small frys and 2 sundays. I ordered a banana split. I got told from the guy taking our order that they had no bananas. I was really bummed because I just drove from another town to specially to get one. So I ordered another Sunday instead. As we drove up to pay, by the way the prices have increased significantly! I told the girl at the window that I was very disappointed in prices and not having any bananas. She was like what, we do too have them. She turned to the guy that took my order and said, did you tell her we didn't have bananas? He sounded so ridiculous trying to make up excuses why he said that. The sweet girl made my day as she made one for me!!! I called her a angel. She made a wonderful one!! She is truly there for the customers, unfortunately the laziness of the guy, surely doesn't care about the business factor. She definitely needs a raise and he should be ashamed of himself!!!!
