Took me 15 minutes to even be helped, no one was out front or could be heard In the shop. A young kid came out and didn’t understand what I asked for when I said a turkey foot long on white. He didn’t know which bread was which and couldn’t even tell me which meat was the turkey. When it came to the avocado I had to tell him how to cut it as he said he didn’t know how meanwhile the whole time cussing. Another girl came out from the back who I assumed was supposed to be his trainer but only came out to play with him and offer no real direction. Took me 20min to have my sandwich made. Please give kids proper training and teach them some work ethic, I would be embarrassed to have this as my shops standard.

Way back in the day when I worked for a Subway, I remember having to count out the tomatoes, the olives, etc. But today we stopped in to pick up two sandwiches. Both were pretty pitiful, and I loved that I asked for wheat, and when she grabbed white and I brought it to her attention, I was told, no this is wheat. Um ok. So I let it go, she was a younger kid. The sandwiches were both pretty sad looking, but the girl was polite and so I let it go. I’m reading the reviews about the “kids” working here and needing training, but come on, in this whole Great Resignation BS the world is experiencing, we are now ripping into kids who are showing up to work. Places everywhere are hiring as young as 14 bc why? Because people my age are choosing not to work. So next time anyone wants to rip into a kid for not knowing the difference between pastrami and ham or provolone and swiss, just remember, that kid showed up to work while our age group sits around collecting unemployment or living off their parents. To say that I’m embarrassed by our generation is an understatement, to say that our parents generation are in the wrong for ripping into these kids, absolutely. These are kids.

So you really don’t want to eat here. You will wait in line for quite a while just to take your order, even if there are no other cars in line and almost nobody inside. My pastrami sandwich had almost no pastrami on it, it was swimming in mayonnaise and mustard which I ordered very little of. The cheese I ordered was not on there. I went into the store to get another one made. The tall skinny brown haired boy was totally rude and condescending. You will not receive what your paying for.
