Today’s visit to our local McDonald’s turned out to be a pleasant surprise. While I initially didn’t have high expectations, the overall experience, particularly the outstanding service and the cleanliness of the establishment, truly made a positive impression. Accompanied by my enthusiastic kids who absolutely love McDonald’s, I decided to give it a try myself. Admittedly, the food was in line with what I expected from fast food, but what set this experience apart was the exceptional service we received. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable, and their attentiveness did not go unnoticed. In a world where service can make or break a dining experience, this McDonald’s location has certainly mastered the art of providing top-tier customer service. Despite not being a personal fan of fast food, the positive atmosphere and friendly service will make me consider returning in the future. Kudos to the dedicated staff for turning an ordinary visit into a surprisingly enjoyable one!

Excellent friendly and professional customer service at the drive thru with my mobile app order. They're food was prepped exactly as I ordered it : HOT FRESH with SAME IN THE FRENCH FRIES! YUMMY! I was directed to this location as the one closer to me was closed. That was ok since this location, I've never had issues with food or the service.

Had breakfast decided to 9 a.m. March 28th 2023 don't really stop at McDonald's probably my first time this year but the place was exceptionally clean I even mentioned it to the manager I can't name the last time I've been in a McDonald's on the Northside this clean and organized the food was hot and every employee was clean and professional GREAT JOB 👍
