Bowls

I could easily live on my top three bowls: Fiesta Mexican with Chicken, Steak and Rice, and Chicken Pesto with Gnocchi - apparently they're healthy too and gluten free. Who knew? OK someone but they are de-licious. I'm trying several and am on a break, but like a creepy ex-boyfriend all I can do is think about them. I have had bowls that I wouldn’t reorder but I don't have to they have so many! And they're local which means the packaging for delivery is a reusable paper bag. Thats it. Just so good!!

Not only is the food here absolutely SO incredible with diverse options (many of which are locally sourced!) for any healthy option seeker (*Hello* Whole30 certification!!!), but the staff is beyond accommodating, kind, and friendly. Kelly, their manager, is truly one of the most amazing and impressive professionals I've interacted with in the food service realm --What a wonderful gem of a place, with equally fabulous people! You have a customer for life!!!

Bowls has a few great selections for their bowls :) They have vegetarian as well as meat options with fun combinations. As you enter the space, you can see the menus boards on top and can order the signature bowls or mix ingredients as you would like. The drinks are right there as well so you can pick that up before you pay. The payment booth is to your right. I have visited bowls twice and liked my bowl the first time which was a Thai meal. The quality and the technique of the bowls are great and hence visited here another time with a friend. The second bowl that I got was ok. The second time, the bowl had really great ingredients and was made nicely but lacked flavor for some reason so I didn't enjoy it as much as my first bowl. The seating space is decent and not too small so it does fit a lot of people. They have outdoor seating in summer which is amazing.

I love this place. I got the paleo bowl, instead of a bowl of rice it was all meat and vegetables. Nice balance of flavors not too much sauce, easy quick service. I will definitely be going back, I guess the only point of criticism is some of the menu items are a bit overpriced. Overall great experience.

Really great concept for a fast casual restaurant with lots of vegan and vegetarian options. Located in a pretty neat part of Milwaukee too. The dish that I had (North African Bowl) wasn’t my favorite, but most of the other options looked great. Worth a shot if you are in the area and looking for something different than the standard fast casual options.
