Dunkin'

This Dunkin' is the best! I've been in a bunch of coffee shops, and this one is my favorite. Customer service is great, food is delicious, the establishment is so clean, and they have one of the fastest drive thru I've ever seen. The problems are that they don't give napkins most of the time, and they might give dark roast coffee instead of medium roast coffee that you ordered. They just need to listen to customers carefully sometimes.

Went to the Dunkin on Packard and College in Cudahy, they could not fill my order at 3am, because they were cleaning, was told that I would have to order on door dash to get coffee and donut. I said no thank you went to this location and order more than I would have at Cudahy location, food was great, coffee was great, service was great. Will go to this location instead of the Cudahy location.

This is one of the nicest Dunkin locations in the area all the staff we encountered were welcoming and nice. They had a lots and lots of donuts all the flavors usually when I go to Dunkin I am unable to get a strawberry frosted donut because they are sold out but at this location I'm able to get six-packs almost whenever I want. They also make their drinks fast and very well and I love the snacking bacon . Overall very nice experience and we will definitely be return customers any time we are in the area. I also want to point out the cleanliness the tables are wiped down, the floors are clean, the bathrooms are clean, the counters are clean, and the donut glass is clean no finger prints ECT When we tip the staff they are very kind and appreciative very nice experience and a very good way to start any day. Also extremely affordable I can get a six pack of donuts, a large frozen coffee with flavor and snacking bacon all for less than the price of two drinks and most coffee places too included.

I stopped in one night after work after hearing that they finally reopened. I’m glad to see that they are still 24 hours and with a drive thru, however the menu screen was a little too bright, and the drive thru was pretty narrow. The donuts did taste a little stale but it was almost 11pm, and the donuts are probably fresher in the day time, but the lady taking my order was friendly. I should also mention that indoor seating is very limited as is parking, but it seems like the bulk of their business comes from drive thru anyway.. I give a solid 4 stars..
