Sail Loft

Great establishment located directly on Milwaukee harbor. This place managed to maintain the same standards for so long it became a solid option for me whether I'm looking to dine in or just looking for a spot for drinks. The view is hard to beat. With plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options, you will always have the option to choose where you want to sit. I like the food here. Always good and always the same quality. The open kitchen concept indicates that this is a seafood restaurant above anything else. The fish and chips menu item is probably one of the best things I've had in a long time. And I'm not a seafood fan by any means. The burgers are good. The walleye is good. The shrimp is good. I don't think you'll be disappointed eating here. The place is good for watching sports. Great for drinking and gatherings. The service is always good. The owner is always involved and present. Parking can be challenging sometimes. Especially during Summerfest grounds events.

We visited Milwaukee Sail Loft while visiting for a conference. The weather was perfect for this place! Our server was wonderful and attentive. Our food was delicious and cooked the way we wanted. There were many options, depending on your dietary needs. The atmosphere was too perfect. I had the blackened mahi mahi with roasted potatoes and brussel sprouts. I also had a spicy bloody Mary, which was delicious!

Very good food and setting on the river. A bit pricey, but not crazy expensive. We had the Seared Tuna Tower and the Snappy Shrimp appetizers, then we both had Mahi Fish Tacos for lunch. All were very good. Add iced tea and a soda - $70.56 plus tip. Service was well timed and attentive. Thank you, Aryana!

Laid back margaritaville feel except with bistro size plates. Great river front area with awesome outdoor seating. Though location doesn't make up for the outrageous cost anything on the menu. Service was quick once we got the waiter to the table. I'd plan to come again but the price point has me saying I'll find a different place. Tempted to give 3 stars but the atmosphere and kind server tipped the scales to 4.
