Taco Rico

We have always seen this place but finally decided to try it and we are so happy we did! We found our new go to Mexican place! It was by far the best food we have ever had, everything was crisp and fresh and the portions are huge for the prices being surprisingly as reasonable as they were. We got the flautas, the confetti appetizer plate, and the enchiladas. We got home and could not stop talking about amazing it was. The staff was friendly minus the one male waiter we had who was a bit quiet and stand offish, but the rest who took care of us were very nice and efficient. It’s a lot bigger inside than it looks on the outside too. But overall the food is far better than any where else we have gone (and we love to try out our Mexican places). Definitely going back and can’t wait!

This used to be my favorite restaurant, But after bringing family there today I feel like we were not wanted. Every enter action we had with service felt super awkward. We also felt really rushed. 7 yr old son told the waitress that it was his birthday and she said she had a surprise(singing). I thought they were looking for opportunity to sing happy birthday to my son because we always had someone watching us. But they never sung to my son, they did so to another group across from us though. Felt super weird the it felt like they had eyes on us because we might steal something. Won't be going back unfortunately.

First time here and it was a horrible customer service experience. I was following the hostess to my table when another guy (who looked at me up and down with despite maybe because I was working so I was dress with work clothes) almost stepped in front of us and told to the hostess to take me to a different area of the restaurant so he did (at first I thought it was because that area was full eventhough wasn't too crowded at that time) anyway the hostess came back with a glass of water and I asked him if the flautas were made with flour or corn tortillas and he said they make it both so I can choose what I prefer so told him I wanted with corn tortilla a little bit after him the waitress came and ask me if my order was the flautas so I assumed the hostess told him what I wanted since he already knew it was flautas so I say yes, when he came back with my flautas I discovered that they were made with flour tortillas so I asked him if they were flour tortillas and he said with attitude and rudeness that the flautas are always made with flour tortilla and point to the menu and told that it was described on the menu but I asked it before ordering, I know misunderstanding are normal but rudeness isn't. Anyway again I started eating when I noticed that the people the was entering after me was taking to the area were I was practically kicked out, not coming back, the food was tasteless and as bad as their customer service, 1 star is too much, I not even finish my meals.

So disappointed! We eat here at least twice a month and tonight was some of the worst food I've had! We ordered to go like always, lady said 10 min my husband got there in 7. Put the food in a Insulated hot food bag, and came home we 7 min drive. Our food was COLD Amy husband had to reheat it, I called and the person I talked to didn't care he said I took too long to get there. I will never go here again.

I ordered shrimp enchiladas with sour cream on the side & a Strawberry Daiquiri. SUPER simple. I received salad shrimp in tortillas with a huge blob of sour cream directly on top. Instead of a rum Daiquiri, they gave me a Margarita with tequila..... I didn't drink the Margarita & when I told the waiter that my drink had tequila in it, he disageed & deducted our coffee from the check. I couldn't drink the Margarita & I boxed up the food for my dog & left. If you're ever in Milton, LEAVE. Or go across the street to Puerto Vallarta
