Taco Bell

First my husband and I tried to place an order online for some reason it did not the debit card. So we go to the drive-thru to place an order of what we wanted online and we couldn't place that order because it was only can be made online. So we change the order ordered our food and I wanted a bowl of black beans for $2 this is what I got no lie about it this is what I got. Taco Bell you have got to do better!!!

Out of the 3 Taco Bells that I personally have been too here in Pensacola. I like the Airport/ Best Buy location the better of the 3. The other 2 are Mobile Hwy near Publix & I-10 off Davis Hwy . All my children(3)& myself have been employed by Taco Bell. Corporate store as well as individual owned. Always have enjoyed the foods. Inflation has hit everything & everyone. This is easily the worst Taco Bell I've been to. There is no sense of speed here whatsoever. So, the last time I was here I went through the drive through. 30 mins according to what the cashier told me when I picked up my order from the window. This time, today, I order online and then go inside because the drive through is super long again. It was marginally faster. Which is pathetic. This isn't even taking into the account the bickering from the two front cashier girls. The cussing and general disrespect for each other they seemed to have instead of making the service a bit quicker. Do not recommend. The food is food though. Same ol Taco Bell.

Expensive especially when you order your tacos to be supreme and it's not. So I lost $ here and who can afford to waiste $ especially these days! So I would make sure before you drive off that they done their job and didn't charge U for things U asked for and they neglected to add them to your order..Yes it's hard to unwrap tacos at the drive through to make sure and U shouldn't have to. Just ridiculous!!! I will not be back! $20 + for 3 hard shell and 3 soft..and not getting what I asked for! Keep ya food! I'll go elsewhere!!
