Crazy Cajun Chef

If you want some authentic Cajun food in Santa Rosa County this is the place to go although the establishment looks small it is big in the taste of Cajun cuisine!!! I work close by and have found it to be excellent place to stop in grab a quick lunch or even a quick snack for the afternoon..... Having lived in and spent a lot of time in Southern Louisiana Cajun Country..... I can close my eyes while I'm eating there and Louisiana comes to mind..... Definitely give them a try you will not regret it

I loved the customer service and the food! We had a coupon that I got out of a coupon book that I bought from my niece for a school fundraiser, and that's the main reason we decided to stop and eat there. But I'm so glad we did! The food is amazing! I cannot complain one bit about the quality of the food we were served. It tasted great and the temperature was perfect. We waited until we got home to eat, which was about a10 minute drive, and when we sat down to eat, the temperature was perfect. The customer service was superior! We were greated right away, and asked if we had been there before. The menu was pretty extensive, considering it's a small, almost curb side restaurant. We ordered, while we waited they had two different kinds of homeade "Detox Waters" that were complementary. Those both were awesome, though I preferred the Apple Spice Strawberry, over the Lemon. They had benches for us to sit and wait on. After about a 10 minute wait, we got our food. They even gave us a little bag of fresh beniots as a thank you for coming there and shopping local! They were so good, we ate them all on the way home! Once we got home and tried it, it was like I said, amazing!! I got the crawfish poboy with onion rings and salad, and my husband got shrimp and chicken quesadillas with black beans and rice. We both loved the food! We will definitely be going back and recommending them to everyone!!
