Was accused by the employee that I had a can in my bag when said he was watching me the whole time. I lifted up my jacket and squeezed my bag in front of him and there was nothing. After all that, with nothing on me that belonged to that store, the employee did not apologized to me at all. I'm to grown to be stealing. I work as a manager in a retail warehouse, and I know what procedures a manager must take in order to catch a shoplifters. He did not do neither and I'm looking towards some legal action for this

Every time I come here their hot food (taquitos, hot dogs, pizza) is always very old, burnt and crusty and they hardly ever have anything ready as it is. Trying to also buy cigarettes and she does not speak English well enough to understand what I was saying (or acted like she didn't, she was giving me dirty looks since I walked in and never said a word until she started picking up the wrong items I asked for), and even after me pointing to exactly which ones the lady still did not understand. Never coming back here and I spend a lot of money here every day. Its sad these days that most companies don't care about customer service anymore and hire the cheapest help they can find instead of actually providing customer service that would entice customers to return. Went there, bought a drink. They probably damaged the bottle on the delivery so it exploded right after I walked out of the store (did not even shake it). I asked politely if I could get a replacement, it's ok if I didn't. But the owner had to reply me with rude attitude like "No, you bought it you take it. Not our business. No replacement for your own careless."
