Kfc

I came here to bring a family member that wanted chicken . When I saw the price of the meals , I would've changed my mind lol. The reason I give the 2 is bc lately they've been very sloppy with the packaging. I can also say that the inside doesn't look very appealing or clean. And in order for me to even wanna eat anywhere, if has to be at least clean. At least the employees at this location are very nice and don't seem like they hate their job!!!

Ok, so let me start off by saying this is my first review ever. That being said I'm sorry if I'm lacking on anyway "review etiquette" but I just have to write something. I need to put the spot light on the PHENOMENAL and most FRIENDLY customer service I have ever seen at a fast food establishment ever! These guys are so nice and respectful, an amazing breath of fresh air in these crazy times. Hell, I came a little early last night and instead of closing like any other fastfood restaurant, they instead took my order and tried their best to accommodate my order with whatever they had left for the night. I will be coming here whenever I'm in the need of KFC, great job guys!

Went in and placed an order. Heard all this drilling noise, in the back. Two guys ripping up the floor. They started working near the food. The floor is tile, so he had to pry it up (mini jackhammer tool I don't know. Chisel or something). I watched debris fly up into where they were cooking the chicken right in front of an employee of kfc. He completely ignored the fact that all of that was going on. Immediately demanded the manager an got a refund. Even the manager said that those workers shouldn't be working in that area. Especially near the food. The job those guys were doing could've waited, to be completed after hours. To be extremely neat, sanitary, and conscientious that they are in a food environment, they completely ignored.

Sad just sad. Service ha. And alot of attitude from the staff when I walked in to ask if I could get the rest of my order that they didn't give me in the drive thru. The whole counter is set up the all the delivery services. Guess they get more money from them than customers trying to come in and grab a "family" dinner on a Friday... Not a good experience at all tonight...

Placed an order online and picked up at store. Upon arriving home, I discovered that both orders were incorrect (two thighs and drum as opposed to two breasts and wing). I returned to the store to request an exchange. As soon as I pulled up to the window, they realized their mistake without my explanation. I was provided with hot & fresh replacement and an apology. All the staff members were very polite, kind, and apologetic. They were training new team members and I was very pleased with their professional handling of the situation. Food was much better than I have had there in the past. Please keep up with the refreshing infusion of customer service!

During this hard time where it is hard to find workers that want to work instead of being under Biden‘s nipple these women here at this KFC really work hard during busy rush hours to deliver the customers a great and friendly experience I always love coming here and I will remain coming here for a long time or as long as they continue the great service that theyProvide today I had to go back for one missing item but there is no inconvenience at all because there’s smiles and generosity make it that much better the world is crazy right now and it just needs a little bit more smiles and hard workers like them 3:20 pm december 19
