I got a coffee yesterday before work and they must have been cleaning the machine and accidentally brewed coffee or something because there was soap suds in my coffee and it tasted like straight chemicals. Threw it out and am just done getting bad coffee from dunkin now, even though it’s more expensive (by one dollar) I can get my same order and always have it taste perfect at Starbucks.

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts drive thrus ever!!! Line is always all the way out to the street. Takes 20 mins to get thru the drive thru line. Service is awful, not friendly by any means. Out of munchkins and it was only 11am. Just horrible experience every time I go. Wish there was another close to my home.

I usually go to the same dunkin everyday on my way to work, but I switched it up today and stopped here. Best Dunkin experience ever. The girl at the drive through was so nice, and it was super fast service. Will definitely make this my regular dunks from now on!

The drive thur Line wasn't moving at all over 10 mins in line yes I was watching my clock in my car not sure if they are that short of help or just not good help the women who gave me my coffee was running around like a chicken with her head cut off if you're in a hurry pass by this dunkin in millis even before the remodel this store has always been a very very slow drive thur worst out there

I come to this DD in the morning between 8-830 once a week. The drive through staff is nice. I order a ham / egg and cheese and ask them to put the cheese in the middle. They do it right each time! I appreciate it because I’m watching my calories and I take the top English Muffin off to save 70 calories!
