Arby's

How does Arby's run out of roast beef at lunch time?? I get if it was close to closing or something but I used to love this Arby's but now I'll go out of my way to go to another Arby's last few times food is cold and now out of Roast beef!! Seems like management is slipping at this location!! I previously rated this location 4 stars now they are definitely at a 1 star!!

Today around 5:30-6:00 I went through your guyses drive-thru and I ordered two six-piece mozzarella sticks a salad a double beef and cheddar a diet Coke and two chocolate shakes and too curly fries. And we got pulled to the front when I got home we were missing a curly fries and yeah one of the six piece mozzarella sticks were fresh but the other fry and the other six piece we're really old they were cold and hard like you know when mozzarella sticks get old they kind of turn like an orange color and they're like rubbery almost they were really gross and the salad was really gross too. Just a little piece of advice when you pull a car and you have to cook one thing fresh then you should cook everything fresh. I tried calling to let them know and the lady told me to bring back the food and she'd replace it well I'm a single mom with three kids and I don't have the time to get all the kids back in the car to come back right away. So yeah I was very disappointed today.

I went through the drive thru at about 6:16 on Saturday night 5/21/22. I had coupons to use and the lady taking my order had to keep repeating to me what I was ordering. I knew at that point my order would be messed up. She told me to just come to the window because she wanted to see my coupons for the 2 for$5 chicken choice, and I had a $3 wrap coupon,( turkey,bacon,ranch) no tomatoes ,plus 1.99 mozzarella, and a large crinkle fry. As she was struggling to take my payment, she told me to wait for my order in the front so they can prepare my order, it took 29 mins from ordering at the window to food in my hand. I asked to ranch and arby sauce and I only got arby sauce, and I got home and my wrap is turkey,bacon,and tomatoes in it,and this weird yellow mayo,dressing.. not ranch. Everything was so cold. So disappointing when you spend your money to get garbage

Went through drive thru and ordered my food. Was treated very nice. I was asked if I wanted any sauce and told him yes. He asked me to pull and park at front of building and I did they brought my food pretty fast. When I got home my sons beef n' cheddar was not a beef n' cheddar but a roast beef. My half pound roast beef was very greasey and bottom bun fell apart from being soggy so bad. They never gave me my sauce either. I don't usaully complain but I was wearing a white shirt which my never come clean now. Thanks arbys for this meal.
