They need to do a better job at covering the food from flies. My wife's sandwich had a big fly in her sandwich.

Stopped in for a quick supper. It was my first time to visit and the staff was very helpful. The food was ready quickly and tasted great!

Got My order wrong right off the bat , did offer to make another order but all My coworkers had already had almost finished their meals.
Didnt even offer to refund .

So I ordered through DoorDash because I take care of my elderly mom. When my order arrived I did not get either bag of my chips and no sautéed peppers on my sandwich. They expect you to contact DoorDash but Firehouse prepares the food. You need to double check and make sure the order your sending out is correct. It is Firehouses fault and not Door Dash and I love Firehouse but this has happened before ordering at the restaurant.

Sandwich was good, asked for banana peppers. I saw 4 peppers in my large sandwich. Wasn't asked my phone number for my rewards points.

Absolutely love their meatball sub with Mac and cheese! Their limited edition of the BBQ Cuban is also really good! The employees there remember me every time I go and they basically know my order already. They are so nice and well mannered!
