Friendly's

I order a Fishamajig Melt and French Fries w/ a crock of Clam Chowder. My 7 year old order Chicken Tenders and French Fries all to-go. Everything we had was fresh, hot and cooked the way very well. The clam chowder was rich and creamy(clams were tough for me 🙃) although we did not eat in the ladies at the counter were friendly with pleasant dsipositions. Not one customer was in the restaurant at all! I was shocked. It made me wish we ate in so I could give them a tip. Next time I'll make sure to dine in to give the waiters and waitresses a chance to do their jobs, give good service and earn more than hourly wages.

It’s been a while since I went to Friendly’s for dinner The dinner I had was OK I had the lemon pepper fish dinner with steamed broccoli and a vegetable medley I am sorry to say that the dinner wasn’t quite as what I expected. the lemon pepper fish was so small I can fit it into the palm of your hand and the steam vegetables and the steam broccoli was very soggy. Also the cup of coffee was lukewarm. The service was very good. The only reason I gave the 3 star rating because the dessert was very delicious I had the peppermint stick ice cream sundae and it was very very good

Service was terrible the waitress dropped our food and never came back and we had to get our own to go boxes. When we asked her to have the staff sing to my 8 year old who looks forward to it every year I was told they didn't have enough staff. When i checked out there was plenty of staff just standing around. Very disappointing along with my daughter. Will not be going back.

Used to love friendly's. Super disappointed with my last experience it took 5 minutes to be acknowledged well standing, at that host stand. Three other families stormed out as we entered stating they had been waiting 20 minutes for service and no one had served them. Server did not give good service, we had to ask for the drinks and napkins since they were never brought out to us. She was also not kind or attentive. I Let someone know at check out how the experience was and they simply said "sorry" but didn't do anything to help make the experience better, and had an attitude with me for explaining the bad experience. I don't plan to be back to this location and definitely do not recommend this friendly's to anyone.
