Subway

I had a terrible experience in the Dolson Ave location. I went inside said Hello to the waiter and he looked at me in disgust. I proceeded to order my sandwhich and when I got to the veggies section I asked him to please put a lot of lettuce since my last visit he only put a little. Then I asked him for extra onions and he yelled at me asking why am I asking for a lot. He grabbed the ENTIRE lettuce and yelled “Is this enough for you, do you want it in a bag.” At that point I was ready to walk out because I felt very disrespected. When I proceeded to pay he said next time I go over there to bring my own bag so he can fill it with lettuce. Everytime I go there he is rude and disrespectful. It’s the only location close to me and on google people are stating the same. I don’t know his name but he is a medium size darker skin older man with black bottom teeth. I pay for my food and I just take 3 minutes out of his day and he shouldn’t disrepect a customer especially since I wasn’t rude to him at all.

I just visited this location today with my fiancé, I went to order of flatbread. The guy behind the counter pulled out the flatbreads and they were completely full of mold. The whole entire thing was green. They look like they’ve been sitting there for at least two weeks. There was a refrigerator full of bread that was getting contaminated by the mold, and many people probably ate bread that was contaminated by this mold, based on how moldy the bread looked. They gave us a very hard time when we simply ask them to get rid of all of the bread in the refrigerator. My fiancé was recording them for about five minutes before they even threw out the bread. Please do not eat here, do not bring your family members here. They do not care if their food is contaminated, they are going to get many people sick. Please avoid at all costs!!!!

Worst sandwich ever today 11/3/21. Had a southwest wrap with hardly anything on it. NOT just not enough meat but hardly any lettuce, two tomato slices, skimped on everything. Usually I can't finish it and take half home. Not even enough for lunch. 1/4 of wrap leftover empty. No receipt to fill an official complaint.

Worst customer service at this subway. The ratio of bread to meat is ridiculous. They are stingy with their meat, vegetables, and sauce. The guy behind the counter was getting mad because its closing time. Funny thing is they still had 30 minutes before they closed. Never going to this subway location again.
