This is the slowest most unorganized,slow,mess up orders and drops your money on ground thru drive Tim Hortons I have been to,very poor service with no wait lines,could understand if they was busy and had line ups but with 1 or 2 cars thru drive thru 10 to 15 min wait most everytime.if I could give no star I would!!

The service Is friendly but dear lord they make the Coldbrook Tims look fast (something I thought was impossible) I've been waiting 7 minutes for 2 coffees now as I write this.

Always busy gotta wait in line forever. With gas prices right now its cost about $20 for an ice capp 😂 But well worth it

Always takes so long to get my food. I understand it may be busy but it takes forever! No line up inside and takes longer than going through the crazy long drive thru line.
Also, ALWAYS check your order because every single time, they screw something up. Even something as simple as continuously giving the wrong donut.
They never have soup and always low on chilli at lunch!

We stopped in on our way to Annapolis Royal. There was a lineup inside. Not overly long. Took FOREVER to even place our order. I don't know what was wrong with the girl serving us other than she was young and maybe learning. But Holy Hannah!!! It was as though she were in a trance. Order was wrong, had to keep correcting her and it took, for what seemed forever, to get a cup of steeped tea. Slow... slow.... slow.....
