Dunkin'

Coming to this dunking donuts has recently became very aggravating. I work overnight shifts at the hospital and always come around 10:40pm to get our coffees for our 11pm-7am shift. Last week we were denied service 3 times and were told it was not open when there was a employee inside. This is extremely unfair to the overnight workers who not only are not able to even get food to work overnight but now cannot enjoy their coffee for the night shift. It has literally became a gamble of us not knowing if we will receive service or not and we end up taking our chances and wasting our time. It is very unprofessional and if the store is no longer 24 hours it should be stated and not left for us to find out the moment we pull up.

I stop by this location almost every day during the week (around 7:30-8am) for an iced coffee, via drive-thru. Sometimes I get a bagel, sometimes I get a few munchkins for the kiddo, but every day a cold bev - but by far, this is my most favorite location to go. One time, I got an iced coffee for "John P." but by the time I realized, I'd left the window and was running late. It was not something I'd order on my own, but it was nice to try something out of my norm - and I hope John enjoys coconut, 'cause he got 8 shots of it. ;) Some of the staff *really* do make my day when they greet me 'round the corner with friendly attitudes and friendly faces. They're pretty quick, in my opinion, too, so that's another big plus!

Well just TODAY! I order a hot coffee and the coffee wasn’t hot ! The okay I understand nobody is perfect but! A lest give an apology. If you know is the end of the coffee and is not going to be hot, Please don’t serve. One the people left the window heading to work is hard to go back!! Have good day blessed. So people know your coffee is good!! But please don’t serve old coffee has been sitting for long period. Thank
