Excellent service! Amanda really knows how to keep the store clean and always smiling and remembers her customers by name! I do not EVER go to any other subway.

Yesterday when busted. The hours are from 10-8pm. No rules are posted up for your indoor dining. I sat down like I have I was scolded dining closed. How can dine in be closed when your open? Then no signs posted does not make since?

Stopped at the Subway on Old Metairie Road for a quick sandwich. While the staff was nice enough, I found it a little disturbing that the girl making the sandwiches was sneezing into her arm while handling the food. More importantly, she was NOT wearing a mask.

Horrible customer service. Employees can’t get the order correct and then get mad at you when you have to repeat your order because they can’t get it right! Employee has the never to say “I just got here I don’t have time for this”. What?!!! Customer service out the door. Ridiculous!

July 24th, 2019 showed up 12 mins till close and the workers ran to the door and locked it when i was 5 ft away avoiding eye contact. if you’re going to close at 8:45, change your store hours, so customers don’t waste time driving to your store.

Got here at 7 because my kids were doing a field trip and asked for Subway. The website says they open at 7. The sign on the door had the time crossed out and 7:30 handwritten in. I took the kids to school since they didn't leave the school until 8 and came back and waited from 7:15 to 7:30. At 7:30 an employee taped a sign on the door saying "We'll open at 8". My son works in this plaza and told me they were unreliable and I should have listened.

Was told I could not have my dog in the building until I said AND PROVED that she was an emotional support dog. Was never served so I left after the person that came in behind me was served before I was ontop of the lady behind the counter being EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Will NEVER be returning to this establishment.
