The answer is yes. Omg they're so delicious. I'm actually glad the nearest one is an hour from my house because I'd be so fat if it was closer

Stay away from online ordering . The event which started at 6PM and ended at 8PM. I started by ordering online via krispykreme.com ordering 1 box of regular and 1 box of filled. Shortly after I was finished ordering the phone ring, and a young man informed me they did not have the filled. I told it was just fine to do two regulars. And an hour passed and no donuts. I called back to the Galloway store as the receipt instructed me to do. I spoke with a lost young man who was clearly not trained in the art of communications. He 1st said its still here and this sounded like the same young man who changed the order to 2 regulars. And said he didn't know and did know. Basically he was talking in circles. He couldn't confirm or not confirm, and I assume he thought that was okay. I asked to talk to the manager, and she was just as dizzy. She said someone came an hour a go, and that all she know is two Mexicans picked it up, and she couldn't do anything and did not know who it was. She state and I quote "We just give them to people who ask your name". Yet it was order through their website not Doordash or Uber. She acted as if I was suppose to track the donuts down and play Scooby Doo. The entire staff their seems untrained in the art of customer service or how their business works with online ordering. And then they hung up while I was talking. I called back and they did not answer. And on top of that they charged me twice. So I could not call the Galloway store, because the employees were playing games with the phone. Playing with a customer who orders regularly and spends 32$ each time. I was out of 62$ and treated awful, and exposed to workers who do not care about their job or they do not know how to do it. There are people who are laid off due to Covid who really need a job, and these people are driving customers away with incompetence. And also the Door Dash never came, so it was a group of incompetent people who couldn't deliver 2 dozen of donut, They lost me as a valued customer. I found a number online to try to get it straight I shall see if my money is refunded properly. The day is better, but night crew is unprofessional and lost.

I visited Krispy Kreme on the other day normally my experience with them are pretty good the reason they're getting a two on this visit was because I forgot my app when I made my purchase and I told the young lady and she said because she had already cashed me out that she couldn't do the app so instead of being knowledgeable about the app and telling me that I could use my receipt to add it in she just told me she couldn't do it but then beyond that I have tried to add my receipt since then and the store number is not working in the app so that's a really big major problem so is the app really legitimate and also I feel the employees should be more willing to help you get your points when going and purchasing from their establishment

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I rarely write reviews but this kind of practice is unacceptable for any business. My first visit to this location and had a terrible experience. When I reached home and opened the box I was surprised and very disappointed to see that only 6 donuts on the left side of the box was normal sized donuts and all of the other 6 donuts on the right side of the box were noticeably smaller in size and height.

If not for the drive thru line, I would've assume this location was closed. According to Google it was closed but I believe that's only for walk ins (I forgot to ask). I'd promised my kids donuts so we waited patiently in the line and were pleased to find that there was a special yesterday. Buy one dozen glazed and get a second dozen for $1! The service was quick and the guy at the window was patient with me bc I didn't know about the special and thought he undercharged me. We'll definitely return for more donuts!!!

2nd time to order online from this location in Mesquite and for the 2nd time we received the worst looking partially raised donuts imaginable. 1st time we called and were given the excuse that not all batches turn out the same. It depends on the baker on duty. What a crock since the point of a franchise is to have the same quality and same experience no matter what store you visit.

I ordered a dozen assorted and a dozen original glaze doughnuts expecting at least room temp doughnuts, but was confounded when I received a box of doughnuts that obviously came straight from the fridge. I understand business is slow because of covid, but the smartest move to make to ensure quality control is to make small batches every hour instead of making them all in the morning and putting them in the fridge and selling them cold and soggy throughout the rest of the day. Above all, I am glad I ordered directly at drive-thru, because on the app it shows all menu items available and when we got to the store they had limited menu items.

I placed a pick up order and when I got there early in the morning, found out they didn't have any glazed. She did give me a refund (hence the 2 stars) and I was able to keep the chocolate donut part of my order. They actually could of kept the donuts. They tasted day old and stale. When your picking up donuts for breakfast and they are horrible, its very frustrating. I'll stick to the mom and pop donut shops from now on.
