I'm not understanding how this location is still open and hasn't been shutdown yet. They are so unprofessional and never complete the order correctly. They will repeat the order back to you correctly but still pass the wrong stuff out the window. They never give you the receipt because they already know a complaint will come. They are in a great location but possibly need real management.

Placed an online order and went to the drive thru to pick it up. The employees were confused as to which order was mine, and then after they handed me the food asked if I wanted sauces. I paid extra on the online order for sauces so I thought it was weird that they then asked. Once I got home I realized I was missing my large side. There's definitely no attention being paid as to what is on the online order here. If I go back I would just order at the window, and I'd make sure to double check my bag before leaving.

This location is a joke tried to order two different items and they where out of the main ingredients, finally settled on a crispy colonel and two Nashville hot chicken littles, if you ever bought a chicken little you know that the bread is small and the chicken tender is usually the same size or larger, In this case the chicken tender was a small piece of chicken half the size as if not smaller then the size of the bread, so as a normal person would do i went back to return the chicken littles and asked for a refund but the manager said “can I make it right and offer you double of what you ordered, because if I issue a refund I will get in trouble” which in all fairness was a nice gesture but it should have been done right from the beginning.
