The two times I've been here the food is not fresh. It's the only one I've went to where the food taste as if it wasn't cooked fresh but has been sitting for a long time. The poppers were very dry and chicken. I will not return to this location being I am very disappointed.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Literally my whole order wrong. The whole golden chick experience from drive thru to when I got the food. Horrible! Why are you guys even opened. They ask me at the window if I want a different drink cause the syrup ran out then they give me another drink that Is flat. I then ask for a sweet tea. They tell me they also have no ice. 15 minute drive home to find out they were also missing the sides that I ordered and payed for.

Really expensive chicken that doesn't even taste that great! There's another chicken joint which is on the same street that beats them hands down in terms of quality. The breading on this chicken is thick and pasty tasting, especially if they over batter or don't cook all the way through. They hire a lot of high school kids who don't take their job seriously. A lot of horseplay, lack of professionalism, and just plain bad service all around.

I love this place. Their 5pc Southern Catfish meal is superb. Don't forget your sweet tea!

Very friendly staff but they don't have any order or know what they are doing it seems. Couldn't find anything. Sell you a salad but they have no forks. Ask for a bottle of water and they say they don't have one but there is Aquafina in cooler right in front of them. After asking what sauces and dressing I want they for get to serve them.

Good chicken. Okay service. The clientele is mostly kids from the surrounding schools, so it can get loud at times. Its best to take it "to go".

Food is decent, but the customer service was not great at all. < That was my review a few years ago. Today (3/2022) was not bad at all. I increased my 2 star review to a 4. Only because they made me pull up when no other car was behind me. Took longer than expected for my chicken to cook, but at least I know it's fresh.
