Pizza Patron

This is some really good Pizza for a very good price. I had never eaten here ( carry out or delivery only) but I had a cash back deal from my bank so I thought why not. It is not the easiest in and out place to get something to eat but that's OK. They dont speak the best of English ( Official language of the United States of America) but they were very nice. I was a little surprised but they got my order correct and everyone seemed friendly. The pizza was good and my friends agreed so why not give them a try as they wont break your budget and you will get a good meal at the same time.

Horrible. Tried to get refund when I canceled order not even 1 minute after placing it. Was asked if I spoke Spanish (to talk to a manager) Overheard the man who answered saying I wanted to speak to the manager, and the lady asked him was that her? Then she said they don't handle the charges, but to go show her the receipt. She said I'd have to take her my phone and show it's pending. Not sure why if they don't handle the damn receipts. They need to have someone there that knows something within the business besides cooking.

Really isn’t that great in terms of customer service. We had ordered 11 pizzas like a week before, and yet, when we got there and I gave them the receipt, they just stood their for 15 minutes straight. I left my friends there expecting them to have gotten the pizza while I drove up the street, and I came back 10 minutes later and they had just been handed the pizza. Apparently, they had just stood there for 10 whole minutes looking at the boxes of pizza, they need to work on customer service, and then I will give them a better rating. It was good pizza though.

The Lady I spoke with in the phone did not speak English well, knowing that I reiterated the time for pick up and the order to her. She ended up misunderstanding my pick up time and even though I was running late to pick it up already it was not ready and not scheduled for another 15min which is like 45 min different from what I requested. They didn’t offer anything to fix it. The guy just apologized and put my order in and I had to wait like 15 more minutes. He was very nice, but I was not pleased with the over all customer service nor the cleanliness of the facility.
