Firehouse Subs

Husband wanted to eat there and I just wanted a drink.Last time they missed my sandwich up.Its everytime so I give up eaten there.This time my drink has fabric piece in my ice.It was frozen in two cubes of ice.We returned it and they was nice enough to return my drink but thats all they could do for the nasty drink. Hope my husband food was clear of any items.

Misheard what I ordered ,and that led to them giving me the Hero not the Gyro. I tried to let them fix the mistake but it was 7:20 and it seemed only a few teenagers were running the place. Dont get me wrong they made the sandwich but i couldn't find the Gyro..... no cucumbers tatziki sauce or feta cheese. These cats just pit chicken mayo and a LTOP on a bun then gave it to me. Im beyond frustrated guess I'll eat somewhere else tonight.

This place has been going down hill for months. Which sucks because firehouse subs i absolutely love more then any other sandwich chain. We did an online order said it would be 25 minutes no buggy. Went up there and it was not on the pick up area. Ask lady was rude to me and said the app gives unrealistic turn around times. Please wait. After sitting there waiting about 25 minutes the lady calls my name and says it’s been here the hole time you just didn’t know where to look. She was rude to two other customers while I was in there. No one over 20 year old working. I will drive to another location even though this one is down the street from my house. Clearly upper management knows from previous reviews and they refuse to do anything about it.

The food is okay. I don't really like the set up of everything hidden behind an opaque counter/wall, or the options they have, but my husband likes the food so we keep visiting. Often, I order ahead of time through the app, hoping to cut down waiting time. Not sure if it's better or worse, but it isn't great. Twice I've waited at the store at least 20 minutes after the time I was supposed to pick up at (which is 15 minutes after the minute I place the order). So all in all, we want to like Firehouse, we want to order and eat this food, but it takes too long in our opinion.

I have never had a problem with this place until today, I ordered online and pick up time was 7:45pm. I arrived at 7:50 just to walk in on 2 employees making out sitting at a table. Only 1 guy behind the counter doing all orders. When asked for my order, I was told they were “still working on it” the cashier saw my frustration he asked the employees to get back to work and offered me a free drink as if that was going to speed up the process. After repeatedly asking how much longer for my order, i was finally out of there at 8:15. They need new employees that are actually going to work!

Will not be back. Got paid and sat down by 6:50. Multiple online orders waiting a long time but we we’re the only customers in the store at the time. After 20 minutes I ask if they can rush my toddlers mac and Cheese as she was hungry. They give me an annoyed look and tell me it will be a wait. After 50 minutes I ask where our food was. The guy behind the counter looked completely lost because they didn’t have any other orders hanging. Then he finds it on the counter. So after an hour we finally get our food. Now it’s almost 7:50 and they just served us and began stacking chairs around us as if we don’t want to leave. The professionalism. Customer service. Everything about this location needs to be completely revamped. And we will drive farther out just to avoid this location

i was appalled to say the least when we walked in they DID NOT even say the expected "welcome to firehouse"!! it's insane to be so rude to paying, loving, and devoted costumers. in other news after we ordered we got our subs 20 mins later and one of them didn't even have a toasty buns, 0 crunch. ugh so rude. i did in fact still gobble I was hungry.
