Mcdonald's

Naomi gave us the greatest service! She was super friendly from the moment we ordered our food to when we sat down! She greeted my family and I with a smile and was very polite! I really appreciated her service here!! One thing that really surprised me was that she would bring customers orders to their table which is something you don’t expect or see from McDonald’s. She asked if there was anything we needed. Would definitely come back strictly for her customer service!

Horrible experience. We ordered off the kiosk. We didn't get a receipt. When I asked the manager, Maria, for one she says yes with food. When we received the food. There was no receipt. I went and asked for the receipt. Maria says sorry don't have one. I explained I needed it because I ordered for someone else. She says sorry. As we were contemplating on what do next, my spouse states Maria and the other employee was looking at us laughing. I went to the counter and requested a refund minus the sausage mcmuffin. Maria asked why. I said because I need a receipt. We didn't buy it for us. She said well the kiosk doesn't give receipts. I explain that other McDonald's gave us a receipt afterwards. Maria said I cant give you a receipt. Even asked why did I order from the and not the counter. I said please give me a refund or I will report her. She made the ugh sound and started. At that point, we said never mind and took our stuff. Please train your managers to print the receipts. I would not recommend this one to anyone and we normally come to this specific one.

My husband just went and got a $20 order from them, they forgot to put two items in the bag (a large fry and a mcchicken) no big deal right? When he goes back to get the missing items the manager argues with him claiming she put the items in the bag and that he is lying and trying to get free food. No other problems with this place, the other staff was super friendly but this lady has no business working there. Making a mistake is one thing, but trying to defend YOUR mistake and calling the customer a liar is ridiculous. She's a buffoon

Well im here now waiting for the second time for french fries. Lets hope they arent cold this time.. And yes i had to wait for Hot fries because the cashier said "if you want fresh fries, you have to ask." I was floored. What did i just wait 5 min for?? Like mcdonalds only serves hot food unless you ask for it. If not the old cold greasy food is acceptable.

Worst customer service, They gave us the wrong food and I didn't notice until I was already home so i tried to call them. Oh they don't have a phone in service. So I went in the next day and brought my receipt. They told me to come back and talk to the manager the next day. I returned again, oh he already left for today. The managers on duty either don't speak english or pretend not to and refused to do anything. After returning a third time and of course no manager was there she trys to call and noone answers, the lady tells me, you got food so we aren't going to do anything. Needless to say I won't be returning. So for a few dollars and refusing to fix their mistake they lost a customer and earned their one star review. BTW the McDonald's just outside Walmart is much cheaper and much better customer service, you can save $1.50 each kids meal by avoiding this store and it's terrible staff.

Whoever is the manager doing the evening time is super inexperienced he is here now as i write this. They staff stand around & talk & laugh as the customers are standing waiting for their food. The guy in charge allows it. Not only tht but the food was rushed & terrible not good at all. I can tell they’re under staffed but they dnt make it any better standing around playing instead of working. Very upset. Had to get my money back.
