Love waffle house no matter what city it's in but this location is in my hometown so I'm partial. New building is great for seating and the food is awesome ask for Kelsey she will take care of you

This has been one of the best, if not the best run WH I have ever eaten at. Mrs. Sheila runs the everything from behind the counter from ensuring everyone is seated in order to checking all arders before they go out. Truly an awesome team. Definitely visiting again.

Disrespectful and disgusting
Servicer scored herself on my moms receipt after a refund, location will not let you wait inside for your order and it’s nearly 100 degrees outside Those are known rules only for over night staff, this location is truly unprofessional. The elderly should not have to wait in the hot heat during the day for food they paid for.

Very poor customer service, the person taking orders walks away for a few minutes after taking the order of one person at the table instead of taking the order of everyone at the table. He did not provide utensils to eat with until after the food was already here and they were not even clean. Very disappointing.

Was our first time at Waffle House and the staff was amazing. They seemed to work very well with each other! My steak was a little over cooked but I did overhear them say I was given the wrong steak so I’m pretty sure that’s why. The steak was seasoned perfectly tho.. they had a jukebox there as well that one of the women turned on.. overall was a great experience and I can’t believe we had never given the place a chance before.
