Starbucks

The line has not been too bad the times I've come here. I think it's because at this plaza- rather- everyone flocks to In and Out Burger so not much of a crowd here. There is plenty of parking outside so you can sit in your car too to enjoy your coffee. The drive through line is quick and efficient. The lady working there that I ordered from was very friendly and just had a genuine smile on her face and really showed she cared about their customers. Their beverage temperature here is Goldilock's good too- just right. It's not too hot and not too cool. They also double up on their cups if needed so you don't scald your hand holding the cup. Great service and good quality! :)

This Starbucks has some of the friendliest employees on the planet. Through the pandemic, those working the drive thru cashier to the person working the window, they simply are the best at customer service. There's allot of businesses that could learn from them as to what good customer service looks like. I know their training comes from the store manager so he/she needs to be commended on hiring these great employees who act like they really care about you as a customer. The quality of the products speak for themselves, but this location not only has that, but quality employees!

We came through for a free birthday drink, the day after my fiancée’s birthday. Old policy was a free drink redeemable within a month. New policy is the day of. We missed the day. But the Manager/Barista whom assisted us, Derek, still honored the previous special! He even recommended a great place for birthday dinner! This is one of the many reasons we go out of our way to come to this particular Starbucks. We’ve had issues with other storefronts, but literally zero with this one. They always go above and beyond, even during peak hours. Thank you SO much, Derek. You made her day!
