Firehouse Subs

I've been usually really happy with the food and service we get other than the bread becoming soggy when we get home but we usually over look it. My husband hates eating here because of it. Yesterday the only reason I ordered was because it was my birthday and I got a free sub. When I got it, it had a couple of bell pepper chunks and some onions on in it which I did not ask for. It seems as if they fell into a different veggie tray possibly. I ended up throwing half of the sub away as I can not eat raw onions and it was mixed in with the lettuce. Employees need to ensure they aren't mixing the veggies in the trays. It's a one off but still makes me hesitant to go back.

Updated, meet family here for quick serve lunch. Little did we know a national promotion had dropped that morning. Outstanding service despite longer than usual lines !! Firehouse Sub in Dana Park continues delivering great quality sandwiches. Staff is friendly and helpful, even upgrade offer to better value! This franchise location clearly take care of staff as the turnover is quite low in contrast to most QSF. Staff on last several visits was very fast in turning orders out as specifically requested. Only improvement would be removal of one of the three tables near front door as when opening door on west you are standing on top of chair inside. Great experience, great food, great staff, GREAT VALUE

Food was decent- seems the portions have slimmed down a lot over the last year. My knock on the last visit is the customer service. There was one guy making sandwiches and he acted like there was a line out the door but I was the only person needing to order. So I was standing at the register for 3 minutes while he yelled at someone in the back. He had nothing else to do but stand there and complain; maybe why the meat in my sandwich was about half of normal.

Wow! What can I say let’s see! Amazing! Amazing all the way around💞 First the customer service was top notch! Food was really good and just the right portion of meat n cheese on the subs, really good! They have a drink there called “Cherry Lime-Aide”, I got mine sparkling (cause I like the bubbles), I also drank my husbands!! You can also purchase it in gallon jug containers!! To top this all off, a portion of your purchase goes to support “First Responders”. So for your next lunch 🥙 go see the crew at Firehouse Subs🔥👍❣️

This was the first time I've been to firehouse subs and I was quite impressed. The restaurant itself was very clean and tidy and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and definitely a step up from subway. It does cost quite a bit more but I felt the food quality made it worth it for the most part. However the wait time was the disappointing part.
