Pho Number One

Sunday morning I woke up I wanted Pho. I want to try somewhere I hadn’t been yet. That was the best choice of the day. When I walked in to pick up my order I was greeted with all smiles and my food ready. That was hands-down, the best Pho broth I’ve had in a long time. Every drop was consumed! I couldn’t get enough! They even had gluten free noodle options. It might be a while before I try another new place. Their Pho justifies their name. I will be back soon!

Wonton soup, house combo fried rice, tempura shrimp, grill beef with betel leaf and grill pork, noodle soup with well done brisket. The food is well done and well prepared. Allot of different taste , fresh and excellent on your palate. I always come here for the fried combo rice for lunch. Wanted to try some other combination. Very cool and quite atmosphere. Very family centered. Finish it off with steam banana cake.. yum yum..

I got "number 13," which was grilled beef in betel leaf, grilled pork, vermicelli noodles, veggies, rice paper to wrap in, and fish sauce to dip in. I liked everything except the grilled beef in the betel leaf- it was a bit dry and the flavor was not that great. The noodles and fish sauce were okay. The pork and veggies were amazing.

Overall solid and clean Vietnamese restaurant. Inside looks newer and has some stone accent features. Very pleasant and welcoming. The food is some of the best Vietnamese I've had. Very authentic. Plenty of sauces at the table for personal taste enhancement. I think it's family owned because it also has that personal feel. Great for 20 person family get together or a date night. Lighting is not too bright and definitely not too dim. It is just right. Near Dobson Ranch golf course so I come here after and get the egg rolls and fish sauce. Delicious.

Great food, fantastic service, strange atmosphere though...some weird Jay Leno game show and these bratty loud kids running around all over the place...and when I say all over...I mean it...chasing each other, screaming, going under other guest's tables. Thankfully the horrible parents were finally leaving. Would have ruined my lunch if they'd stayed the entire time. So, rated five stars bc food and service was fantastic...get the spicy Thai noodles with beef and add a little bit of soy ND a ton of their house hot sauce!
