Qdoba Mexican Eats

So disappointed. I love Qdoba, they are usually great and I wanted to order some for lunch because it had been a while. My order came with less than half of what I ordered on my nachos. All I got was my protein and fajita veggies with the queso when I asked for a lot more. I was already splurging buying more than I needed because of the $15 delivery limit, but I felt it was worth it for the nachos. This was a let down. :/

We had a really big order and we went to go pick it up for lunch and when we got back to the office to distribute the food to everyone we came to find out the quesadilla we had did not have chicken on it which we ordered a chicken quesadilla. We also had a burrito with black beans instead of pinto beans. We didn’t get salsa on the order for the bowl and didn’t get it on the side for another order. We also had no queso on one of the burritos as well as a couple other little things were wrong. Especially when getting a big order we should be taking the time to make sure everything is correct during a lunch break.

Qdoba is better than Chipotle. Don't @ me. Guac is not extra - that's honestly all you need to know. Personally, I think there are a lot more options, the food tastes fresher, and the flavor is better. Their portions are bigger too. They also have a rewards program so sign up, eat, and get free food.

Staff does not wear masks, 2 people working and 1 with no mask at all. Person at checkout didn't even look up or greet me, asked who I was picking up for, said "A Courtney is over there" and pointed to the pickup area and turned away. Yup, order has my name on it! Get home, 15 min drive...it's completely the wrong order, it's a Doordash not pickup order. Called Qdoba, and the person kept interrupting me and said there WERE two Courtney orders and she told Doordash to make sure they grabbed the right order so it's Doordash's fault. It's not worth the 15 min drive each way for a new order so I asked for a refund. Person got snippy. I asked for a refund or to talk to the manager. They said they would need to call me back because it's only 2 people working and they're busy (fair). No call back. The wrong order I received isn't even right, it says no beans and include cutlery and looks like it has beans and there's no cutlery. I can't eat it and I doubt I'm getting a refund.
