Mcdonald's

We have been waiting in reserve spot #3 for 30 minutes on 2 cheeseburgers and double cheeseburgers. Customer after us got there orders and we asked about our order and called into the restaurant. Finally got fed up and asked for a refund and had to wait 10 hminutes for that. I've seen teenagers run McDonald's better than this

They really don't deserve a star at all my husband's food was cold the employees in the back preparing our food did not have gloves on .the employees were rude to us and two other employees that worked with them the employees were playing around and dancing where the food was being prepared. They did not have our whole order .I had to go ask for the three orders of fries that was with the meals we ordered .and my big Mac was not hot either.my family will never eat there again even if they are the only place to eat we will starve first.

Went through the drive through, ordered a sausage mcgriddle. Got down the road and opened some kind of nasty cheese mcmuffin type thing. Returned to get the order corrected and the lobby is closed at 7:20am!!, so walked up to the window to request a correction. They asked me to wait out front, however had to get to work. After waiting 10min, gave up & left. Beware of this place.

Placed online got there and let them know I had a fry and a drink and someone else had an order their order was placed first I waited 15 min then placed my order by letting them know what stall I was in after about 30 min my fries and drink were brought to me and I informed the young lady that I had another order I was waiting for she said she would check on it finally after about 20 more min I went inside where I had to wait for it to be prepared cause it had been so long it disappeared from the screen. Very disappointed

I stopped at McDonald's (#11672) in Meridian, over by Sam's on Hwy 19. To start off the cashier "accidently" closed her drawer and so was unable to give me my .49¢ change. She sent me to the pick up window saying, "tell them I need the manager to open my drawer". OK At the window the worker IGNORED me totally while she proceeded to fulfill and line up 5 other orders behind me??!! OK FINALLY she decided to glance in my direction asking, "are you the fish meal with orange Fanta?" Clearly, I am not a Fish Meal or an Orange Fanta but let's not go there... She handed me the by now, cold inedible food. Ever tried to eat cold McDonald's French Fries? Ever had a cold Fish sandwich? It adheres to the roof of the mouth and back of the front teeth... Also of note, this particular Fish sandwich was also lacking sufficient Tarter Sauce and so, was difficult to swallow! OK I gently told the worker that the fries were cold and handed the bag back. She reluctantly took the bag, stepped out of view momentarily, and immediately returned handing the same nasty cold food right back saying, "Pull up and wait," (for the change I'd yet to receive)! OK I'm thinking this may have been my last McDonalds experience. Who really needs expensive, cold, fast food and really bad service? PS - l threw the food in the dumpster when I got home fearing to eat it, least I choke attempting to swallow.
