Mcdonald's

I had an online order and there were about ten cars in the drive thru. There was a McDonald's employee outside so I asked him if I could go inside the lobby to get my order, he said yes. I was wearing a mask. When I went in I told the guy through the plexi glass that I had an order. He was polite and said it was almost ready. Then this girl with blue hair, a hot mess, says to me to wait over by the front door. The only problem was.... her boyfriend with pink hair was sitting about three feet from the counter without a mask. Ridiculous

If it was an option i wouldn't even give them a star. We had a large order and was understanding when we were asked to pull forward. We only received half of our drinks at the window. Then we were brought only half of our meal. We politely asked the employee to bring the rest of the food and we apologized. He then responded by telling is we weren't sorry. The manager came out to bring our drinks where we then had to ask for the second time for the rest of our order. We then informed the manager of the disrespectful employee he told us he has been working on the employees attitude. Not to mention when we arrived at home with our meal it was incorrect. Our kids meal didn't come with the correct toy or the chocolate milk that was requested. I would drive to the farthest McDonald's before returning to this location.

When I try to apply for the job they won't allow me and they say: "Submitting an application has never been easier! If you meet our minimum qualifications I'll send you the application which you can complete in one quick sitting. You will receive confirmation and next steps if you are selected to move forward in our hiring process." so I'm not sure if ill ever try to apply again.
