Wendy's

My Wife and I stopped by yesterday for a quick lunch. Drive thru line was very long so we decided to dine in. Found the doors locked! Checked Google and their information stated inside dining available. If you're not going to have inside dining available during lunch change your advertising so we don't waste our time and gas driving to your restaurant.

My wife and I love Wendy's food and have gone here often, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. This place has screwed up several orders for my wife and myself. Today, worst one of all, they gave us a CHEESEBURGER when my wife ordered a CHICKEN SANDWICH. Honestly, getting tired of it and would not recommend this Wendy's. Heck, we might even just go to the McDonalds instead, because holy cow, giving us a BURGER instead of CHICKEN, the wrapper was even MARKED as chicken. We might give it one last try, but I kind of doubt it and if we want Wendy's we'll probably hit the one further away up.

They really don't care what type of people they hire. The guy who waited on us appeared disheveled with his hair uncombed and inability to concentrate. Another employee was wandering around with a hoodie covering his head and face. When we asked to speak to the manager, she appeared psychologically unbalanced. She told us she was struggling since her father died a year ago, she was leaving her job the next day, and couldn't handle life right now. She refused to give us the contact information of any other management personnel. The guy at the counter gave a diabetic customer regular coke instead of diet coke, and completely forgot our drinks, then was upset with us when we asked for them. He then sent us with empty cups to a dispenser that was out of order. We will never go there again!
