Amazing experience, amazing food! Everything was high quality and nothing was lacking. Buns are amazing, and they are so generous with sauce. Pastries were so fluffy and warm! They did forget to put our chicken nuggets in, we went back through and they were so quick to get us taken care of! Talked to both a guy and girl and they were so friendly!

The food at Texas Roadhouse is prepared to perfection. I had the good fortune to have Andrew as my server. He made sure everything was to my liking. He was most pleasant, accommodating & just a very genuine young man. I liked his way of making sure the customer was pleased with the food & service. I will ask for Andrew at my next visit.

Service here has always been top-notch, so my only complaint is their new sandwich the Diablo Dare which was only available for a short time. I made several trips to this Arby's and was never able to actually get the sandwich. It was always out of stock, or they had certain needed ingredients out of stock, etc. If you are going to advertise a sandwich that is supposed to be the cream of the crop in spicy, and just for a limited time, you should make dang sure you have it in stock.

I waited in the drive thru for 12 minutes with 3 other vehicles for an order of crinkle fries(large)and a large coke and peach lemonade. I finally got my order and drove off only to discover I had been given burnt curly fries. I hate curly fries. Never again. I knew better than to stop here in the first place.

I'm the only person there And they screw my order up How hard is it to remember putting everything in the bag that someone ordered. Then I have to drive back to pick up what I already paid for With these gas prices made my meal Cost even more. Just to get home to eat cold food. Get it together or close your doors

The food was good. We were refused to change the side. We were forced to have crinkle cut fries and not allowed to choose the other sides on the menu. The two ladies the blond with glasses and the trainee said crinkle cut fries only off the many choices of sides. WHY??? Why do they have SIDES in plural?????
When did this change??
Also no paper cups for sauces but there was sauces in the containers.
I asked the lady in glasses are we to use our hands?
This was the first timeI heard of this.

Recently placed an order through Door Dash. The bun on the beef and cheddar smelled funny. (More than stale.) Couldn't eat it. Sauces not included, which has become a pattern of Arby's.
