Panera Bread

The serving sizes have been cut wayy down. Idk if this is a corporate or franchise decision, but either way I suggest you take your business down the road just a little bit to Cafe Zupas. It’s like Panera but a lot more fresh and local and the sizes are twice as large for their pick 2 since Panera made these changes.

They have a decent breakfast with a nice selection of items. I had the sausage, egg & cheese on brioche and it was served hot and the ingredients tasted fresh. I brought 1yr grandson and they were nice enough to make him his favorite, mac n cheese, even thoough it's a lunch item. Their food is always fresh.

$28 lunch to go on a Sunday, outside their “busy hours”. Our order was missing items. We called ten times and was literally hung up on (could hear voices in the background). I sent a complaint to corporate and before passing it onto the Meridian location manager, he assured me I would be taken care of. Nooooot!! The Meridian location manager received the detailed information from corporate and didn’t do squat besides deny hanging up on us. Please consider the many other, better quality, and more reliable food joints. You have a better chance of getting all of the items you ordered and getting it at a more reasonable price. The manager clearly isn't familiar with the writing at the bottom of the receipts he endorses by making the place his chosen career, which states, " Accuracy Matters"!

Some of the staff act impatient and rude, I used to eat here but stopped going just because the people were so unfriendly. Recently started doing doordash and they put the food in the very back of the store in a tight area that makes it really hard for delivery drivers to do their job. We can not in and get out quickly. I think this has potential to be a great store but some changes really need to be made
