I just left here and it was good, I haven’t had Ruby Tuesday since they left Richmond Mall. My food was pretty decent, I wish I would have went to the salad bar because it did look fresh. My food had slipped off the plate and they remade it for me in a good time and i was very grateful for it!

First off the service the server we had was wonderful, Lewis T is definitely a bundle of fun and comfort. The food was decent but the salad bar wasn't well stocked. Well quiet and relaxing atmosphere though. Decent lunch choice if you want a good salad and a good price.

One of our go-to chain restaurants. The food is always good and there's something on the menu for everyone. The salad bar is always a hit. Plenty of seating for large gatherings or small date nights. Service can be a little hit or miss, but never a disappointment.

Great salad bar. Had lunch with the girls. 3 sent the soup back (cold). Otherwise very good. . They has a comprehensive allergen menu which made it easy to order a gluten free lunch.

There was no waiting area, so everyone felt in the way. You're left standing in front of the door and next to the salad bar (one of the busiest areas). The wait staff was informed, suggestive and friendly. The salad bar was a little messy (to be expected, they were busy). Dressings needed better labeling as well as the ingredients available. The croutons were fabulous and freshly made! They did not have the just the usual salad bar stuff. Pumpernickel croutons, soybeans (my first experience, delicious!), and flatbread just to name a few. The salad bar was phenomenal! I've been craving it ever since I had it. Waiting to go back again. A little bit pricey, but a nice night out.

Place was clean quiet our waitress was attentive and not overbearing food was served promptly and hot. Salad bar was nice and it was kept well-stocked. Restroom was also clean with no odor

The bacon cheeseburger tastes as good as the gourmet burgers we've purchased at high end restaurants (according to my husband). See the attached picture. The salad bar tastes almost as good as the fresh vegetables from Amish country!! The waiter was super friendly. The Mango Lemonade is wonderful. They even put a sliced mango in the bottom of the cup (picture attached)!! The only downside was the loaded sweet potato. It was a little dry and looked NOTHING like the picture on the menu. Nevertheless, I'll be back.

Best salad bar anywhere. Food always tasty. These waitresses and hostesses were kinda rude tho.

The salad bar was very well done. Not only did I, a short person, have problem reaching the items on the back row of the salad bar I noticed tall people had to squat done to use the salad bar. My Swiss and mushroom burger was VERY well done. Having been seated in the individual table area, it was quite crowded. We had to ask the volume be turned down as people around us had to talk loud and we could not hear each other. Our waitress, Kimberly, was very accommodating. Ruby Tuesday's gave us ice cream for my birthday coupon I used. I shall return to this restaurant.😊
