Got the Italian Sub on Sourdough. They lathered the bread in oil and vinegar. Yay, soggy sandwich. The oil and vinegar also overpowered the taste of the sandwich. They also put artichoke on my Italian Sub. I've never known a Italian sandwich to have artichoke on it. Definitely not impressed by my sandwich. Go to a different deli people.

Went last Wednesday. Italian sub was good, just more veggies. Can't swallow a hunk a meat. The panini was good, greasy

There is this lady who works here , her name is ‘D’ , she was horrible . I had taken a falafel salad and the dressing taster stale and it had gone bad . I went back for different dressing , she was the most rude person I have ever encountered and she said “ this is how we make out r sauce for falafel wraps and she literally almost threw the other dressing on my face “ . Someone should Look into this and also the tahini sauce was bad for sure .

Very good customer service. In my new position I am exploring delis near my work for the purpose of catering meetings and I received timely and very good customer service from, who I later found out, was the owner. Ordered the New York steak sandwich. I wanted the rib eye but unfortunately they didn't have that available at the time. The sandwich was tasty but then I am a huge fan of caramelized onions and sauteed mushrooms, which it had. Their potato salad was pretty decent but I wasn't crazy about some of the very large pieces of potato. What I did like was that it had mustard, which I find balances out the fatty mayo. I also had the cucumber salad. Nice flavorful tangy salad but again, not a fan of the lack of uniformity size of the ingredients. Made it hard to get a bite that had a little of everything in the salad.

Very, very expensive for a veggie sandwich. $7.95 for minimal toppings: 1 leaf of lettuce, 1 slice of pickle and 4 rings of onion. The thin spread of mayo and mustard didn't help the dry bread very much. .50 cents extra for 4 slices of cucumber and $1.50 for a few artichoke hearts. Ridiculous. Triple or quadruple the veggies and have fresh bread and the price would be more understandable. It felt like their protocol is to give the minimum. The gal who helped me was very nice, the manager or owner seemed annoyed I was there.. he made the sandwich. Given the prices I would think the interior would be much more appealing and clean.

Although the food was good they overcharged and we're not clear on what they were charging. They do not let you know that you pay for every item on the sandwich. And because I ordered the gluten-free option my sandwich was not as large as a regular sandwich and it cost more because I had to pay for the cheese that I didn't expect cheese on my sandwich but they asked me if I wanted cheese and I thought the cheese came with the meal will know they charge for the cheese a whole dollar. A whole dollar fifty for one slice of cheese if you want a big sandwich with lots of produce on it go to Togo's

I am a lover of soups. I love the soups at Eric's Deli, especially the vegetable barley and Grandma's vegetable. I also like that Eric's uses fresh vegetables and I can taste the difference. For my family members who eat chicken and beef there are several versions of those as well.

Found 3 nails (luckily human, not metal) in the chicken barley soup that I had bought for lunch. Pretty appalling behavior from the lady whom I spoke with on the phone to complain that their soup had nails in it - kept insisting that I was wrong and they weren't nails. Well ma'am, someone who is 30+ years old knows what a human nail looks like! - when I mentioned that I'll be posting this online, she asked me what I wanted. Just to say it again ma'am if you are reading - I don't want other customers to encounter a health hazard when they are having a simple lunch And to the lady that I spoke to on the phone - sorry, I had high hopes in expecting that your dictionary had the word "sorry" On a positive note, the nails were relatively clean - not a lot of dirt on them.
