Dunkin'

I love Dunkin. But for the past year I have steered clear from this place for the fact that the quality has gone down, and they are extremely slow. Free coffee Wednesdays are back so I decided to give it a go today and it was the worst experience ever. 30 minute wait time in the drive-thru. When i finally got to the window the person that gave me my order handed me my "hot" food items (which I could tell they've been sitting there for a bit) but I didn't say anything as I just wanted to get out of there but she handed me someone else's drink, and then forgot to give me the rest of my order (donuts). I get home and the bacon in my wrap is totally undercooked if cooked at all. I'm so disappointed 😞 I don't understand how they can't seem to get it together.

Do not go to this place if you are in a hurry. This place is just top to bottom tribute to negligence. Long line to place order in the first place, while one of two registers is unmanned while an employee engaged in extended chat with a customer. My sandwich took what seemed like at least 20 minutes. When I went to check on it, turned out it hadn’t been started yet, despite the fact that, after I went next door to get orange juice (because they were out) and came back, I was told they were “working on it right now.” And after all that, sandwich had weird flavor like it had been microwaved in a plastic bag. Coffee drink - have to say - was great. However. Worst breakfast experience in years. Threw the whole day schedule off. Just be advised.

The place is a nice little coffee joint. If you're gonna grab a to go cup of coffee and you don't wanna wait 30 minutes for someone to order a soy milk unicorn drink with 7 extra pumps of 11 different things, Dunkin is the way to go. Quick lines, great service, and the iced Americano (black of course) isn't bitter, just sweet ol' bean juice.
