Do NOT listen to the reviews saying these people are “mean”. I was just here 5 minutes ago and the other reviewers must be from out-of-state. The service is fantastic, efficient, and the food is DELICIOUS! Did I get a bubbly person grinning from ear-to-ear and asking about my day? No and I’m glad. I got a kind person doing their job perfectly who gave a small smile and wished me well. I wholeheartedly second with the banana bread recommendation! Go here, be in & out, and eat some great food!

Wicker Basket is an old school deli, the kind that most of us miss in an era where chains have wholly eliminated the mom and pop vendor in this space. The service is fast and friendly and the sandwiches are exactly as ordered. The bonuses of the half and half iced tea and chocolate chip banana bread are must-haves with your order. I always walk in and order direct here and am back in my car in less than 5 minutes.

Haven’t been to another deli that competes with the Wicker Baskets outstanding service and quality. The owners and the employees are awesome and treat me like family every time I go.
They also have the best breakfast sandwhiches in NJ where every sandwich is consistent and has the right amount of everything. Get the #6!
Even when you’re in a rush, they got you covered - they don’t mess around. Compared to everyone else… everything is quicker at Wicker! They make you lunch and have you on your way in minutes!

Great “old school” deli. I used to live in NYC most of my life before moving to Mendham. So I know how fast and consistent a good deli or coffee shop can operate. I never thought a small town shop could be faster than a popular NYC deli. But Wicker is actually faster. In the morning you can be in and out in 45 seconds. It’s incredible. And the people are nice. A+++.

The BEST!! Local deli/sandwich shop. Taylor Ham/Egg/Cheese on Bagel, fresh salads, wraps, anything you could possibly want you've got it here. Always fresh, don't miss their famous 1/2 & 1/2 (home-made Arnold Palmer). No to be missed in Mendham!

This deli is awesome, I love phoning in my order and just dashing in to pick it up. They accommodate our random requests (making kid-friendly sandwiches even though they're not on the menu) and the food is really good. Thanks guys, for staying open throughout this whole ordeal and keeping so safe and clean!
