One of the only locations in Memphis where the people aren't rude and don't try to predict what you're going to say. Also they didn't decide to shut their ice cream machine down early to avoid people ordering it. I appreciate this because good customer service in Memphis is terribly hard to find

Let me tell yal I've never went hear and had a bad experience sometimes the wait be longer than I want blahhhhh lol but Everytime my order is right and fresh and server is prompt keep it up you all rock

This Sonic is top notch especially compared to a majority of the other Memphis locations! What I like the most is that your kitchen does things right. I worked as a cook for Sonic many years ago and know when a kitchen staff makes quality a priority! Thank you Sonic Mendenhall! Keep melting those cheeses on top of tots and fries the way you do! You all have my vote!

Food was great today. Stopped in for French toast sticks and Danah was my car hop server. Loved the fact that she asked if I wanted my syrup in the bag or in my hand... kudos for asking instead of dropping it on my food. There is another lady and male that works extremely hard in the day time and are super friendly. One wears pretty colorful socks and the other male has short dreads I believe. Great service all around.
