I have gotten lunch from this KFC for years. Sometimes its not right but 99% of the time it is!! (We are all human) But this post isnt about the food, its about the employees. In the past 2-3 months the guys that work here go to great lengths EVERYTIME to be pleasant, to engage in a lil conversation and smile! That brings me back even when my order may not be right!! Thanks guys!!

Wow what a rude person. I asked fora 4 piece meal with fries. Got 4 piece with mash potatoes. I tried to get their attention to no avail so I honked my horn. A guy rudely comes to window with a go to hell look. I said I asked for fries the cashier called me a liar. Well if I didn't ask for fries why give me ketchup in my bag. And no I didn't get the fries. Also how can you not have tea when you first open up. The lady snatched the potatoes out of my hand started laughing at me. Well people with disabilities should be treated equally. I shouldn't have been laughed at. I wish zero stars could be given.

Wish I could give a 0!!! The manager is TERRIBLE!! Very unprofessional, rude, nasty looking, and very ghetto!!!! I’m just appalled that someone actually sat her down, interviewed her, and decided to give her a manager position. She do not deserve the title and should really invest in customer service classes. I will be filing endless complaints, sending emails, and doing whatever it takes to get in touch with a district manager because something has to be done! Employees like her are ruining the fast food industry

This location on Summer Avenue is relatively busy the drive-thru is a timing so many experience however so far they still seem to have most of their because apparently they can only handle two customers at a time until the line moves again is it happened on more than one occasion that's why I'm posting this menu items including macaroni and cheese which is hard to find in some places that sell that in other franchises but be prepared to set in line up to 20 minutes
