No wait in line - I was in and out within 5 minutes! The cashier had a great attitude, and my order was CORRECT and the food was not cold!!!! Swift service!

One of the best taco bells that are still left in Memphis. Food is always fresh and service is great. Depends on the area of town you go. I've been to some nice areas of town and there taco bells suck like the one on Union Ave. You go there and there always out of everything you want. You go to the bad areas of town and everything is bad food and service like the one at Frayser Blvd. So it's like you never know what your going to get and waste your money.

This is the cleanest Taco Bell I have ever seen. It was spotless . The staff here really takes pride in their workspace . The staff was friendly and our food was not a sloppy mess like most other Bells .
Give these guys a raise ...they deserve it.

Line was long, but it moved steadily. The cashier was friendly and nice. I ordered 3 tacos with no lettuce. They didn't try to lessen my meat portion because of no lettuce. Will be going back again soon.

Freezing inside. Long drive thru line so I went in and was happy to see these fancy self order screens. Staff pretty much ignored me until my food was ready.

We went through the drive through and it was late and they seemed busy but the food amount and quality made up for it. Friendly employees and the food was packed in goodness! I don't have photos but will try next time. I got the crunch wrap combo 4 and my wife got a combo with nachos. We were both satisfied. First food stop from getting back from vegas.

Food and service was great. Amount of food you get for the money......not so much. I mean it's taco bell, why am I paying so much for fast food... one combo and 3 soft taco supremes...$17 bucks. I probably will just go eat Mexican food at the restaurant from now on. 4 stars though for staff.
