I don't eat at McDonald's usually. I just get drinks. This McDonald's has the nicest people working there that I have encountered in Memphis. And they usually aren't out of things the way a lot of the others farther east.

When l drove up on 12/04/23 the lobby was closed and the line was long. The Ladies inside were wonderful fast and friendly. I received my food in no time. The young gentleman was so nice. Great work from a great team.

I go when I get off at 4 am. The staff is always so up beat The food is hot and the Manger Dalton is Super sweet.

The customer service here is non-existent. Workers are on cell phones in the drive-thru, they have issue when you ask for extra anything, and let them mess up an order and you ask for it to be fixed.. you would think the world was going to come to an end even though they consistently mess up the orders. The ice cream machine IS ALWAYS being cleaned, and the $ should be lower bc of the quality of food being served. Do better!

My daughter said her food was hot, fresh, and good. The manager was very nice and friendly considering the air was out and it was over 100 degrees in the city. No reason they should have been working in those conditions. McDonald's should be ashame!

They were a little slow for it to be empty, but nevertheless the food was fresh nd hot!. The window cashiers were VERY NICE and surprisingly so. I would try this location again :-)

This place was horrible the first two times I went so I was very terrified to go there again but I forgot to eat before leaving home and had to get something quick, it was delicious!!! Perfect and the only problem was the burger was a bit cold. It was a delicious cold burger tho!
